A: A few minutes south of Stryker, Ohio, just off of SR 191, before US 6. Only a 10-20 minute drive from Archbold, Bryan, Defiance or Napoleon. Click here for directions Q: How long do sessions last? A: Evaluations: typically last 45-60 minutes; Individual Therapy sessions are scheduled for 30 minutes Q: How do I pay? A: At this time, LB Speech Pathology, LLC accepts the following payment methods: Cash, Check, Health Savings Account, or Flexible Savings Account. Payment Is Due at the Time of Service. Q: Do you accept insurance? A: We are considered out of network with all insurance companies. We are currently not in network with any contracting insurance company. Q: Can I get a Superbill for services I pay for? A: Yes! Parent/guardians may be able to receive reimbursement from their insurance (through Out-of-Network) with the use of Superbills. Superbills are a detailed medical report that can be sent to insurances for the possibility of reimbursement. Q: Why are you private pay only? A: Private pay options allow for flexibility and creative solutions when providing services. Insurance companies often dictate the number and duration of services and occasionally do not cover speech services at all. By accepting private pate options only, we do not require referrals or prior authorizations, which means therapy can often begin right away!
